Button clicked but no conversions

We have some landing page and we promote them with ads, we have nice conversions but we found For example 100 clicks on “CALL US NOW” button or “CHAT IN WHATSAPP NOW” but we receive only 10% of those conversions (calls or whatsapp messages)

Is there something wrong on our landing page?

Add some click tracking script, so you know what devices the users use. It is possible that it won't open, or probably are bots? You need to see the device of each click, to check where is the problem.
