Like, seriously, EVERY time i see some guru posting about Dubai. Why the hell everyone go there? This Is not clear, someone knows?

Easy setup (Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore)
100% foreign ownership (in many cases)
0% personal tax
9% corporate tax (only if profit > AED 375,000)
5% VAT
Free zones often still pay 0% corporate tax

Don't you think that is one of the best places to start a business?
 
Low taxes is the simple answer. High standard of living.

I'm able to wear my rolex without worrying about someone stealing it.

Sure, but i know that nothing Is really good enough. the bad side of Dubai?
 
Mostly for low taxes, luxury lifestyle, and networking opportunities. It's become a hotspot for entrepreneurs.

Dubai is only worth it if you already earn a good amount of money. If you make at least $10k per month it is great. Company setup, etc. is way more expensive than in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Basically, they want rich people and proven entrepreneurs to life and work there. If you just start out or don't have enough capital, it is probably not a good destination.

I have been to Dubai many times. Clean, safe, great environment, no personal tax, also no corporate tax (depending on the zone), great for networking, easy to find investors, etc.

Only negative things are high cost of living and the heat

Dubai offers tax-free income and business-friendly laws, but residency or company setup is required to benefit.
 
Not sure it all sunshine, yeah there 0% personal tax, but you still have to deal with residency rules, strict regulations, and sometimes tricky banking. People dont mention that part when they hype Dubai. Worth researching carefully.

I would say zero crime rate and zero taxes, it's not like on most countries of Europe, so people going to Dubai.

Why not? The forum is a free zone where anyone can find answers to their questions about how to make money. Personally, I find it hard to believe that someone who can afford a $25,000 watch would be looking for ways to earn $10,000 a month. But that's just my opinion. Like everyone else, I can be wrong. In any case, I didn't mean to offend you, bro! The sun is shining, the air is fresh by the sea, what more could you want?

And yes, I'm here for a passion not money.

Sometimes to earn 1k in a new way is a lot more than earn 100k in a old way...

so, besides the taxes reason, most of them go there to make a few k in 2-3 weeks by dealing drugs. if they get cought, they risk lifetime prison so the narcotics industry is a good way of making a lot of money in a short ammount of time with the cost of their freedom.

2 kinds of conpanies mainland and free zone
0% tax if your money comes from abroad
Corporate tax 9% after 375k dirhams.
Opening a comapny is easy and it cost around 15-20k AED. Yearly renewal same around 18k AED.
Life is expensive if you want to live in good neighborhood like Marina, JBR, downtown.
From October 15 to May 15 temperature is amazing, best months are November and April. After May you're going because is hot as hell.
No drugs, no thiefs, no rapes the most secure city in the world.
