Bussiness corp

hey guys wondering . I'm in the works of opening a nail salon but wanna get some financing that way I can spend some money on marketing . in Canada Bussiness corporations usually need to be aged for about a year before your able to get financing . are there any ways around it ? heard of some people buying pre existing corps that are still active and doing it like that . any idea where I can go to get active corps for sale ?

Not sure about business corporations in Canada, but I do know If the corporation has been formally dissolved or is not in good standing, you might need to take steps to revive it or restore its good standing so that 1 year would not bypassed if that is you're main goal for the funding.
