Business verification with Truepic Vision

As I want to continue advertising on Google Ads, I need to get a Duns and Bradstreet number to prove I am legit (I am).

The thing is they've partnered with Truepic Vision, which is an identity verification company. They want to know where I am and if that corresponds to where my business is in the US (Delaware). The thing is I am in the Middle East and don't know if I should say my address is here or in Delaware (in which I case the location services could spot that I am NOT there now).

Does anyone have experience with Truepic Vision and their verification process?
