Business Partner Wanted

Hi guys, well I have been around the internet for many many many years but never really got into the IM world until about a month ago. What I am looking for is a business partner or two to take some of my projects to the next level.

Here is a short list of the current projects I have going which I am looking for partners for each.

Social Networking Site - under dev still but still looking for partner

Mass Email Marketing - ongoing project, been live for three years but only have one client, need to increase client base

Online Gaming Site - ready to rock and roll and online now

I am looking for partners for a 50 / 50 split of any and all profits.

I have some gaming data, I can mail for you if it helps....

I am looking for IM experts for some of my projects. I have spent along time reading these boards but I dont have time to do the IM AND code everything myself so I guess you could say I am looking for a partner / JV / out sourcing the IM side of the porjects for 50 / 50 % of the profits.

Some of my projects include

Custom Written Social Networking Site - still under dev
Online Gaming Site (like yahoo gmaes - kinda) - ready for IM
Tech News, Reviews, Tutorials and free support - ready for IM

to answer one of the questions the traffic right now is all organic from google bots and a few backlinks that I have setup around my different sites and some digg hits.

Only really kicked these into high gear this past month so they are not making money as yet, there where the required partner comes in to turn these projects into money making projects. Until the past month I normally have writen the sites of others and sold them sites. This whole IM'ing my own projects is a new thing for me.
