Business Opportunity in Philippines

    a CDr-king store is a store in the Philippines that has cheap prices and the products comes from china. search CDr-king in google for the list of the products available in there store as what i have researched about the store in our country the products of cdr-king are low grade quality(and mostly are coming from china), the cDr-King knows there market that Filipino customers tend to buy cheap products which are affordable, disregarding its quality!and yet, from the laws of demand and supply, CDr-king take this opportunity.Since the market of selling digital products in our country is becoming higly competitive and not yet saturated. they'd make sure they get the most out of it by making ways to supply the psychological thinking of price and quantity of the Filipino and not the price and quality of the product.. In such case, we are going to target this market, but there is going to be a twist, because CDr-king is owned by a sole owner and doesnt want franchisers of the said venture, we are going to stand as the first digital product sellers who will roll this opportunity as Philippines is fastly learning the digital world and computer products,

    In my assessment there is really a huge potential for this market. Each franchisers are going to manage each stores and all they need to pay for is the name of the company as one product distributor. It made me think about a franchise company since we can have big discounts in bulk orders from china and perhaps we might even have free shipping for the products that we are going to buy, but that has to be tuned with the manufacturers from china,this will really reduce the cost for the company and since CDr-King has negative ratings about poor customer service, we have the huge opportunity of make buyers from CDr-king moved from there store to our store but more definitively, the concept of there business is almost the same. From the product manufacturering to labeling to purchasing, up to distributing to its franchisers. One thing that made CDr-king the most known distributor of digital products is because they have there own label as (CDr-King Label) because they tend to make people believe that they manufacture the products itself, but one thing they dont know about is that CDr-King is just rebranding the products they bought from different manufacturers not just one. We can come up to in the market, base on my research there are good manufacturers that offers free product labeling if there is a huge quantity of orders and in a regular base orders plus contract , and so we are not behind on the labeling system too as what CDr-king has been doing with the product of there own and on the trends of buyers(from Philippines) that they dont buy products that are not known with the brand name, CDr-king find its way to caught the attention of buyers in the market, they label there products with there own brand and so buyers will think its from an authentic company/manufacturer even though the products are not really made by company itself(CD-r King).We Can only achieve this if the investment will be coming from people,at its possible investment of 1.5M-5M Pesos ($35,000-115,000), each franchisers, (building is not included plusrenovation and the design of the store is the franchisers expense). But the ROI for the franchisers will be depending on the location and the strategy of our marketing. The franchise includes the name of the company, the inventory system/POS , products they are going To sell, plus they will be teach with the basics of earning potential in a market, quarterly meetings,updates of prices, price control must not be missed since all stores will be run as one company, seminars for owners, this is different from franchising opportunities of food stall because most of the time only the owner of the franchise system has the huge return of investment ( i ask someone i knew who owned a food stall in a mall here in the Philippines and he said that the ROI is so hard to achieve because right after the franchise fees' etc. the company just let them drowned without being monitored if how the business is doing so far. and he added that most of the Franchisers who've become successful is in the average of 3 out of 10 franchisers, this is due to the wrong strategy of there market system and the price war..


    Here's another question, how we may be able to drive up buyers to our store? The target of the market is to open all of the franchising stores in one year to achieve a market boom, the question is by how? well its the same as you are standing in an ants colony, you will notice it longer that there's an ant if there is only one biting you, but if its gonna be a hell of ants attacking you, then you will know there were really ants biting , in simple logical thinking, if we are going to open one store, it will take long before this store will be known, whereas if there are lots of stores opening (from franchisers), people will know that we have this business of selling digital products and computer spare parts. in that case, the name itself will be known in the industry, and since the franchising opportunity of digital products in the Philippines is not yet staturated and this will happen to be the first franchising digital products and computer spare parts company, there is a high potential that we can get smoothly into this market of digital products franchising scheme.

    We are currently looking for investor/s who will do the start up capital,or can get us a loan, we have organized 10 people who are interested in the venture of franchising digital products and computer spare parts , but the problem is nobody from the franchisers is willing to finance the start up capital,we've been to banks and inquire for loan but the bank doesnt allow start up capitals for any amount, they only allow loans 2 years after the business is established, what we plan for is, to borrow the said capital from someone and pay 2 it years after with good interest and contract signing, when the bank allows the company for a loan, we are going to pay the investor who spend the start up capital for the business. The loan will be handle with proper documentation and clarity of agreements. Message me if interested, only serious takers only. We are open too for suggestions of any sort

    Maybe you should start low. CDR-King started with just a few stalls in Manila and now they are everywhere. Brilliant idea but not easy to duplicate.

    FUCK! I didn't know that CDR-King gets its supply from China! I bought a 700php mouse there and it was so damn hard to click. Now I know the reason.

    BTW, nice idea mate. Also, did you know that this thread has a PR 0? Content really is important to Google. Just saying.
