    doing local seo and some national for small biz... not getting rich and not saying i worship money cause i dont... but i want to grow the biz. 4 years now and its just me and a buddy... im thinking call center, but then teaching others to sell/close $10,000-$18,000 deals over the phone seems tough... unless it's easy enough to hire experienced closers for this? what is a good commission for top closers? I want to hear from those who are successful in growing their SEO business. By successful I mean you have 10 employees/sales closers working for you?... Or are u Generating $1,000,000+ revenue? Are you highly profitable? I will gladly pay you for your time to help guide me in the right direction. My problem is not laziness.

    Well its all relative isn't it. What country? How much human resources for new SEO do you have? A call centre to get leads, yes maybe. A call centre to close SEO deals, unlikely. You may only need to hire one business developer at a very good wage/commission to get the clients you desire

    You gotta suffer like the rest of us do man. Money won't come in unless you are doing something exceptionally well; does not matter what it is, so for the reason, the best way to move forward is to do something you love and become the best at it.

    Sounds lame? Probably, but you gotta find and forge your own way; nothing else will work.

    This probably won't apply to you, but it took me years of buying BS Warrior fodder, of trying various sh*t before I started making enough to pay the bills.

    It's difficult, but the main problem is being distracted instead of fine-tuning a particular system. But you've also gotta know when to give up (an art itself!).

    It depends where you are from and what exactly it is that you do. Sometimes, you cannot go by a commission rate that others offer, you often have to decide what would be a profitable way for you to attract experienced agents who would be willing to give their 100%. Its all about identifying the right workforce who would be pleased with what you have to give them in return.
