Business Manager account Restricted Permanently

So we can potentially help in unbanning it. Other options would be getting a verified BM or ideally an agency ad account from us to avoid those bans.

You should buy BM than create new one

I think buying BM will be better, creating it yourself will be very weak, and will quickly be limited
 
The best way is to find an Agency and rent an account or BM
 
Creating your own BM is quite difficult and not easy. But have you appealed it yet, or have you contacted Facebook support to ask them to help you handle it? If there are no problems, maybe your BM will return to normal work.
 
In fact, a trick is needed to bring it back to life. But once it is permanently limited, it is very difficult to save it again. It's best to buy a new BM to continue using advertising

This problem is quite familiar, you just need to buy a reputable profile and a new BM and log it into the proxy
 
Try this test.
1. Check your personal information.
2. Check your activity history.
3. Contact Facebook support.
4. Try creating on another device/IP.
5. Use another Facebook account.
 
There is no way to get it back. You can only create a new account or buy another BM account
