Business Lists in CSV/XLS format

I'm looking for a supplier of business listings, by region, including address and contact info, plus category, in CSV or XLS format.

I've come across many of the standard reseller sites, but would like to find the "wholesaler" of this data, not the retail outlets

I apologize for posting this a few times, but I didn't notice this section before, and wasn't sure which area of the forum was appropriate for the request.
