Ahhh.... ZombieQueen is the perfect example of a person who clearly knows nothing about what he or she is saying, especially since he or she does not understand the difference between a defense lawyer and a prosecutor. Obviously the defense lawyer is just doing his job.

I don't know if anyone would agree with me but in US legal system a defense lawyer would state and point out the things that happened or supposed to have happened while the prosecutor's job is to convince to jury that the defendant is guilty.

Shouldn't this be moved to the Lounge forum? The Subject is far from what the OP actually delivered in the OP.
