Business Common Shared Computer Money Options?

Just putting out a feeler, not sure if I'd actually do this morally. But I noticed that there is a shared computer in which the IT person in charge did not lock down installing privileges. So I was wondering what the best options were to install a potential money making app on there? Not a real expert in this field so I figured I would ask for some group-thought on this one. There are also no signs or anything around the business center stating against doing this and I also did not need to sign any contract or any other type of agreement.
