Well you have to live in Michigan to get an account. And you can't open an account online: http://chemicalbankmi.com/cb/pdf/switchkit.pdf

I want to be able to open a business account online. I've already applied at BoA but they're taking too long to respond and I've read all of the horror stories.

netbank was pretty easy for me to join years ago.online banks tend to be easier in setting up biz accounts.bank of America relies on your credit score for approval.
