Business breakdown - how these guys sell the same product

So this brand JawlineMe seems to stolen this brand Jawrsize´s product 100%. They even managed to slap their own logo on top and everything. What really baffles me is that Jawlineme seems like a generic Shopify store. So they must have found a way to dropship and manefacture the product through a shopify app?

Why do they have to dropship it or more to the point why does it have to be though Shopify app.

Talk about one dimensional thinking.

Ever considered the fact they bought x units over and then ship direct from their own stock / warehouse? Not everyone drop-ships.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm not that experienced, so Shopify was my go-to conclusion. I have a hard time believing that Jawrsize would be fine with shipping over a non-logo'ed patch to a competitor though
