Business appeal for google workspace, need help

Hello guys, i'm managing multiple google workspace admins and recently a lot of them got suspended and they started to ask me for this:

Can anyone tell me how could i fix this problem?

Please look at the screenshot, they ask me how i acquire my customers, nature of my business, description of my services etc..

How can i describe this, if im using tons of different google admins for sending mass emails and i resell social media services? What can i tell them so i'd look legit? Let me know please, thank you!
