you can check whether your profile's advertising feature is normal.

if it's still normal, you can add a new BM into your profile instead.

So perhaps your account has so many violations that it cannot be saved
 
I think you should use an agency's advertising account, they have strong accounts, minimizing bans.
 
Try sending them a Photoshop version or use online document generators
 
If I am not wrong, according to what you said, you have appealed your business account restriction by uploading your ID and it failed. In this case, you should just forget about it because it is permanently banned and you won't get a second chance. No need to waste your time trying. Trust me.

You should first contact Facebook customer support
Then send the information content (image, id, Presentation content). If it doesn't work, you should resubmit it again
Another way is that you will use a mobile device to send them.

As per my experience, the clue is always there if you carefully read the error/warning that it displays when you submit it, and when you carefully look at the the rules, requirements to understand what is missing the proofs that you are submitting. So first read everything, trace the exact problem and then you can solve it accordingly.
 
I also have this the same problem, real ID, real name on fb and they still rejected it which makes no sense

Your ID must match your profile information. Please try again and make the information correct
