Burying Articles on Google?

So pretty much, i have a client who is willing to pay a substantial amount to bury his articles on google, just to second page or as far down as we can get.

The articles are about him and his DUI crash that ended badly.

the 3 sites with his name are pretty high DA.

Is this possible? If so how would i go about it?
