When i click on the button VNC i have this bug : [FONT=arial, sans-serif]goo.gl/fOSXa[/FONT]

It says that you are missing a class (file). I'm exactly sure if this is the problem, but if the actual viewer runs on Java through browser, check if there is an update for the Java applet or whether it's enabled.

Yesh I also think you should update jave and make sure its enabled. I used Brustnet too, never had a problem like this.

don't connect via vnc


use remote desktop program on windows and connect to IP...vnc for java is slow and buggy

go thru firefox if you need ... after you enable the rdc then connect to rpd is much faster.

When i want to enable RDC i have this bug with firefox, google chrome and all broswer ....

did you contact their support team? if your browsers permit Java applet execution and your Java install is OK... (did you check the path) maybe there is a problem on your control panel?

I dont have control panel, and yes i have contacted the support 2 days ago and no reply ..
