I'm thinking of trying it just to test it out but before spending some money on it I want to know if it works sometimes or stopped working definitely so I don't have to waste money on it. Plus, if it works, how much time am I supposed to wait before spamming links?

What people consider 'Churn and Burn' will vary.

I'd consider a site with a few dozen pages and your average link package from the BHW marketplace a churn and burn site while others consider this a longer term project.

If you mean blasting a new domain with a bunch of automated links then that landscape has definitely changed but I'd be surprised if it was altogether stoppped. It's been a while since I've looked but my guess would be slower ranking times and higher investment but likely still profitable.

But if anyone is doing it they're not going to show you what they're doing. Dig into some SERPs and take a look. Pharma and MMO keywords as the usual go to for this stuff. Just sort through and ignore the hacked domains which are always there.

spamming still has some use but its rather an addon than ranking solution, and theres difference between bad and good spam too

Probably not how you're imagining it.

You have to build a good site and do decent t1 links, then build like a million^4 thematic t2/t3/t4. Then you'll rank for maybe a month or two niche dependent, so make sure that offer is suuuuper valuable

The best part is that two of those thread have verbatim the same title ("churn and burn still working").
