I'm playing around with posting info about a couple services I offer. Just to see if it is worth bothering with doing.

Are there any limits on bumping existing posts in FB groups?

Everyone talks about limiting new posts to groups per day for an account. But what if you bump existing posts.

Also, is bumping a post as good as posting a new one?

you should really only bump 1 post per day, most groups have a 24 hour limit

What I was really asking was is there a limit to how many posts...assuming 1 post per group / per day?

Your guide says to post 12 per day.

But, what if you are just bumping a post, is there a limit?

Also, is there a benefit over a new post than bumping a post?

My guide is completly outdated and Facebook have changed everything now. If you make 12 posts now per account and it stays alive i would be very surprised!

I'm using my real account (not a fake one) and can post 12 (if not more) in a day. But I haven't been doing for long and don't do every day.

You still can do 12-15 per day with an aged account @Inception_AC
Bumping is about 18-22, I don't ever do more than that, don't want to test my limits because it's already good.
