They have so many threads running that it would take a while for each thread to finish before it would actually pause. If you need to do something else, create multiple instances of scrapebox.

Yep, right now I'm running 2 instances just fine, one is checking a new list while the other is posting a regular linbuilding campaign...
 
if you save the threads in a list of thread (vb for example) you can use suspend and resume the threads...thats a instant function...takes one seconds to pause unlimited amount of threads.....
