BulletProof VPS Recommendations?

Im using proxies that can be only accessed from 1 IP so I point them towards a windows VPS and then my partners, workers, and I are all able to access them. The problem is the other day I noticed that it only allows 1 person on at a time and boots the other.

Anyone have any good windows VPS recommendations which will allow multiple users, good uptime, speed, and BP? The only thing I need BP for is the mailing. I would mail through an SMTP regardless but I think the IP still shows up in the header.

I'm not certain about multiple users and I'm probably going to get torn apart for this recommendation, but... Go Daddy VPS are actually great. Their dedicated servers are awful. Their shared hosting is hit or miss (much better than it used to be), but their VPS are fast, cheap, and super reliable. It's one thing they actually did right. Now, depending on what you are using the server for you may want to be careful as their TOS can be a bit rough at times.
