Bulletproof .st domain registrar

Hi,
I'm looking for a .st domain registrar with crypto payment that doesn't kick for DMCA.
I usually register domains at hostcay/oceanichost, but they don't offer .st at the moment.
Any ideas? I checked some lists but they all don't seem to offer dot st.

Update: I found IncogNET, according to their TOS they don't allow providing warez from their IPs, but I guess domain is something else.
