Bulletproof Servers

Anyone know of a good bulletproof server host (VPS and dedicated)? If you offer bulletproof servers please post the details here. Thanks in advance.

I know of some providers based on Russia, you'll find them advertising on a lot of hacker forums, esp. russian forums. E.g. VipBP, Royalhost, Sollhost. These guys will pretty much host anything, but of course, you need to pay a high price for dedi servers.
