No legitimate payment processor allows a 5%+ chargeback rate without shutting you down.

I confirm this, currently im using one processor that takes up to 20% cut and i also should comply and sync with his price points can't have much of flexibility.

A payment processor that never asks questions and allows cashback rates above 5% is extremely rare and usually comes with very high risks. In the mainstream financial system (Visa/Mastercard), the red flag threshold is typically 0.9% to 1%. When you reach 5%, your account will be blacklisted by most banks worldwide.
