You will need a high risk payment processor for this, the trade off is that they usually collect high charges, so go as high as 20%

There is no ''bulletproof payment processor that allows 5% chargeback''

You will just find scammers like the guy above promoting his Telegram account and other scammers who will offer dreams for you on DM

The reality is: there is no legit payment processor accepting 5% chargeback rate, this is scam levels and nobody will be profitable partnering with it, so legit payment gateways will kick you out all the time

I don’t think there are many out there, and a 5% chargeback ratio is pretty high. I’d try partnering with someone who already has big traffic and can send you a portion of it. But as far as I know... there isn’t a well known company or service that does this.

Hello, I have a payment processor that is bullet proof, however it requires the customer to make the purchase by confirming an email they get. I have a complete video showing the application and process of a purchase. This processor will automatically turn all the processed money to Crypto currency if you desire. Once the customer has made the payment, they payment can never be reversed or chargeback. Payouts are instant due to the process of it, meaning you process today and by the end of the day the money is payed out to you.
 
You better find legit processor and mix transactions to keep chargeback rate as low as you need

Not really most legit payment processors will flag a 5%+ chargeback rate. If you’re seeing that kind of risk, you’ll likely need to work with high-risk gateways, but be ready for extra scrutiny or higher fees.
 
This is not practically legit. I think you will never get payment processor like that
