I know this has been here over and over again but many of the companies come and go so Im looking for up to date info.

I need BP hosting to host copyrighted content (images and logos of freeware software)

My price range 50$ per website, i have 4 different sites so 200$ in total, shared hosting is fine. Its nothing too dirty really, just godaddy and others keep taking the websites down due to complaints. I would prefer the sites to be hosted in US or europe.

no such thing as bulletproof hosting overshore selling say they allow illegal things, but when they get a dmca complaint your banned because they dont want to get into a legal issue...

there are overshore, but they will dlete your files if you get a dmca notice

Ive hosted sites before with "whywork", worked great, websites were always up and they ignored all the complaints but theyr not offering that service anymore.

Go to hostm2.com they allow alot of shit ive been hosting with them for along time now. They ignore DMCAs and so does there datacenter so your sorted. Also the only time i had a problem was when they recieved a court order to shut my site down and even then they phoned me up and told me they are going to have to remove it or hand over my details.

hostm2 resells hosting packages from servers at http://www.worldstream.nl/, who was forced to shut down several file-sharing websites throughout 2007~2009. i know filesharing charges are not the same as spam/marketing-related charges, but to say they 'don't care' or will outright dismiss dmca etc. is a Lie.

http://www.ccihosting.com/ are meant to be good, there data centres are in panama and from what I gather they dont give a shit about what you host on their servers.

google for a few warez sites, and trace the host through whoishostingthis.com .......

If it works for the warez sites, it should work for you...

Lol one of the TPB trackers was suspended =Busted, and that was in Sweeden. So i don't recommend you to host ther.

For Dedicated Servers i recommend:

They are Offshore!

I signed up with these scum bags after reading this post . . . it took them 3 days to active my account and less than 3 hours to shut it down!!!!


Don't waste your time with them!!!!!!!

I just signed up with hostm2.com . . . we will see how it goes . . . finger crossed . . . .

I use servedome.com or scorpiohost.com both are in the Netherlands, altushost.com is another good one, they are in Belize.

Netherlands will not allow copyrighted hosting, all NL offshore hosting I paid for was shutdown in a few weeks .. if that.

Hong Kong servers are practically the best when it comes to DMCA, since warezbb is hosted there and it's still up for years
