I don't know any bulletproof hosting but you should try hosting providers that live in countries where USA, UK, and EU's influence is zero or limited, like for example Russia, or 3rd world Asian countries... or maybe Middle Eastern countries (Iran, Syria, Yemen, etc). These nations are usually at war with Europe and America, so the West's tyrannical laws don't affect them

There are no reliable bulletproof hosting services. Most of them run away or give your data away to the government darknet or clearnet when usa comes to your door you have to give every single detail. No isn't an option.

You can only work with offshore hosting a which are mostly trying to jump nation to nation in order to host your site in a nation with friendly laws towards you.

Darknet markets are hosted through different ways. Most of them are honeypot type of scams so they don't require much safer hosting. The real darknet markets are so big that they can actually host themselves in some Russian or Chinese or some North Korean server which you or I will never have access too.

I guess bulletproof hosting will be a hosting service which isn't being sold to anyone and keeps changing continents every few hours

russian webserver will do the job, "hide" server location through a reverse proxy

Cloudflare will do the trick
