Bullet Proof Servers

Hello, I have a few questions:

1. Are bullet proof servers useful in any ways for email marketing?
2. If "Yes" then do they really send out the emails and do the emails really go into inbox?
3. If "No" what should be used for email servers?

We all know that even with opt-in emails, white listed it is impossible to send out to those emails without getting reported. How can I avoid that?

1. Yes but you will need bullet proof domains as well.
2. Yes they really do send out emails, 2(b) Inboxing depends on more factor than bullet proof sever.
3. See above.

You can't you just need the ability, money and contacts to change domains and servers daily.
