Bullet-proof hosting

Hello,

I was wondering if I could get more information on bullet proof hosting, like where is the best place to get it, what is involved in setting it up, etc. I would greatly appreciate it. I mean, I know people treat it like a state secret, and then what kind of mailing program that is server based that we could use like a mailerking or whatever and make it into the inbox.. Because if it can't make it into the inbox, then all I would be buying is an overpriced server.
