heard some of the big movie streamers host in Cambodia. although I was told this by a guy in a pub... in Cambodia.

Cambodia doesn't have any cybercrime laws - yes hacking facebook accounts is legal over there.
And copyright holders have to register their copyright in Cambodia before it becomes official.
Cambodia has the same corruption score as the democratic republic of congo!
