Bulk youtube annotations

I got software for bulk upload, download but none for annotations.

I have uploaded 100 videos and would love to be able to add annotations to all of them at once.

Is this possible/is there any software for this?

You could mass watermark them instead of adding annotations to each single video one by one.

The website lets you copy an annotation from any of your videos and paste it on some or all of your other videos. You no longer have to do it by hand.
