Bulk Youtube Account Creating Software

Hi All, Just wondering if there is such thing as software which creates bulk email address for you such as 1k hotmail/yahoo accounts, and then is there any different software which allows you to create more than 1k youtube accounts without you having to do anything?
I am willing to pay someone to tell me a way to do this.
