Bulk whatsapp sending platform

Hi community, I will appreciate if you can help me with this issue

I need a platform that allows me the following:

- send bulk whatsapp (NO SMS)
- 3,000 sendings at month at least per phone
- send from 2 or more cel phones

I tried t w i l l i 0 already and its complicated and its for developers, so that is not an option. Im just a seller (no coding)

If you know an easy bulk whatsapp platform I will appreciate if you can share it here
