hi. you should allow adding more than 1 whatsapp account (users should be able to add however many accounts) to the basic plan because whatsapp restricts phone numbers like a b***h.

Actually basic plan is only for basic usage, if you want to use it with multiple numbers you should go with higher plans.

Since you’re just using unofficial api, probably Baileys from GitHub with Node.js wrapped api, what’s the ban rate of a WhatsApp number?

We don't use Baileys from github, We are using our in house system which reduces account banning significantly. About ban rate I didnt understood, Can you explain a bit more?
