I understand you're frustrated, but it’s clear now that your intention is to damage someone else’s business rather than resolve things properly.
We had already agreed on a refund, and I clearly explained multiple times that due to your chargeback on Binance, the refund process is now in their hands. I don’t control Binance’s procedures , once you raised the dispute there, we both have to wait for their final decision.
Instead of being patient, you're now spreading unnecessary claims and causing confusion among other clients, even though your issue is being handled through the proper channel.
To be transparent with my clients: everything on my end is under control, and this user’s aggressive actions are not a reflection of the service I provide. I’ve shared screenshots and proof with Binance and will continue cooperating with their resolution team.
Spreading false or premature accusations can have consequences, especially when the matter is being resolved through official means.
