I can produce up to 50 no-short videos per day, with animated text and voice. I can cover various niches.
The problem are thumbnails, I don't know how to automate the process it's too difficult.
Has anyone been able to do this?

Batch processing tools like image magick can help.
 
why cant you use tool like zapier or make . Try automating the whole process using these tools. I am sure you can hook up with thumbnail generator and put it in some google sheet. Eventually upload it.

The problem is that a thumbnail is complex image, with image magick i cant copy a style from a thumbnail automatically

I am a software developer, I don't need zapier or make

Can you send me an example of your thumbnails in DM? I have experience creating thumbnails through ai, maybe can help
 
Tried using Canva with templates? Could plug it into Make or Zapier for automation too (or whatever your choice is, really).
 
Do the videos perform shit, ive seen some people start to automate edits etc but even then its still a very mediocre final result currently, and when it does get to that point the bar will just raise more
 
I can show some short simple videos, with low quality AI images, at $0.003 per image.
They are test videos with errors to be fixed.
I also make them with parts of videos, multi-voice with or without text and dynamic chapter titles.
