Bulk Video Creator that merges 2 video files together.

Hello! I'm looking for a tool that can efficiently generate videos in bulk for me.

The videos consist of two layers:
Layer 1. Video with a transparent background.
Layer 2. Background video.

I want layer 1 files added on top of layer 2 files.

Although it's a simple task, the repetitive nature of it drains my time and energy.

If you happen to know of a tool that can do this, I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know. Thank you kindly!
