Bulk video conversion

Hello,

I need to convert 1000+ videos downloaded off youtube in the flv format to avi/wmv, but do not know the best way to do this. The problem is that I want to use Windows Movie Maker to watermark them (the only program that leaves decent-looking text for the watermarks, afaik), and that does not support flv, thus the conversion issue. Or if anyone knows a way I could mass watermark them all very simply, please let me know.

I advice to use After Effects, you can make multiple renders, easly add watermakrs and use the same render settings. It's just not an easy program, but maybe these links can help you:
