Anyone knows a bot or application which scans a list of URLs for s specific script signature? For example I have a text file with multiple URLs and I need to filter only the URLs powered by vBulletin.

Although its not made to be used like that. There is a "Comment Checker" which is supposed to scan the page source for your URL, but you can scan for anything that may be visible in the source.
