Bulk upload @reply Twitter Service or Software?

Does anyone know of an online service or software that lets you upload bulk @reply messages that are scheduled for Twitter accounts? I tried socialoomph but it wont let me bulk upload @reply only regular tweets...I currently have tweet attacks but I need something else to @reply my messages while I use tweet attacks for other tasks
