Does anybody know of a service that would allow me to send thousands of tweets from thousands of accounts, on a regular basis?

Ideally a subscription service where I can upload a long list of 100,000+ tweets, and the service randomly tweets them from 1000s of different accounts until it runs of of tweets or I upload some more?

Also I would rather not get into setting up accounts for the service I'd rather it was handle by the service.

TweetAdder would work for this. It lets you upload a text file full of pre-generated tweets and then send them out on a semi-random schedule.

Doesn't TweetAdder require you to have a list of accounts?? Really I want ot hand the whole lot to someone else, and not have to worry about blocked accounts\ip address etc. just give someone a long list, and leave them too it.
