Where can I find them cheap? I need to do some text message advertising.

Is there some computer program that handles this? I wish I know how to set up pc's to do this and make crai- list and fb P-V-A's :(

Yes. That is a very good idea. I'm sure you can find out how to do this. When there's a will there's a way.

But there definitely has to be some computer program that handles this. It must exist. At least I hope so. I have to look more into this for sure.

The computer programs generally require a GSM modem and a special wireless service subscription, otherwise you have to know the service provider of the recipient so you can use the Internet gateway method (basically just like an e-mail), unless the program can automatically look those up.
 
what kinda campaign are you running I can sms message any where in the world. I use this for my personal campaign but if you ask nicely and remunerate me for my time I can help you out.

pricing = messages x location.

mail merge like features available... this is all hand coded software. messages about 1200 messages/hr.

i know this post should really go into b/s/t type of thread i would PM but im not at the 15 messages limit =/

A few people on BHW mentioned they provide bulk sms service and to contact them on private messaging, but then they disappeared. I'd love to find some service that offers bulk cheap sms to quality lists. Anyone know any such service? I'm trying to avoid smtp sms services.

People (newbies in most cases) never write prices... and every time ask for PM.

I'd like to know about SMS provider that has a COMPANY and it is very well known.

Or everyone will need to use SKYPE and things like that?
