Greetings, What is the best way to send bulk SMS, Whatsapp Messages and Viber Messages, is there a company or freelance here that offers these services

Furthermore, i would like your expert opinion:
Would it be better to send bulk sms with the promotion link in it?
How many SMS to send per hour?
How many SMS should i send per day?

Everything based ONLY on your budget.
Best practice nowadays: Send SMS text message campaign, use URL shortened link, the shorted link include the recipient's mobile number, in this case you will have an extended report from the "clickers" including the GEO location data which can be very useful in some case.
Probably I don't recommend to use any "big" SMS gateway, they have very strange usage policy and their service is expensive.
If you thinking in large volume sending then you need to search in Ukrainian or Russian market, but be careful, there is a lot of scammer.
The best bulk SMS providers sending from multiple numbers which make possible for high volume sending and avoid to get number marked as spam source.
The successful SMS campaign always based on the recipient list, a perfect list can be generate an awesome ROI.
Based on my experience 1 SMS sending time takes min. 1 sec, maximum 10 sec, average 6 sec, you can multiple with the active sending numbers which is probably from 10 to 128, in this case you can calculate easily around 18.000 message hourly and 120.000 message daily (no SMS sending from evening to morning (based on recipients time)).

Well, now the most important question arises: Which SMS bulk services would you suggest? When it´s a Russian service, they probably use Russian numbers, which make the receiver suspicious..
If I receive an ad message from a number located in my country, it´s more "normal" then getting a Russian text message, especially in America.

I have used a Russian company.
They are using numbers of the counties I have targeted

You need to make a compromise between Russian numbers and high speed sending with much more lower restrictions, good price.

I have experience with this type of campaigns, I send adult dating marketing messages to Netherlands in Dutch language to a pre-selected, cold recipient list. From 10k sent SMS I have about 25% - 30% clicks (it means 2500 - 3000 clicks with extended report). After a longer time sending I collected a lot of "active" numbers (who interested in dating), a month or two later I can send different dating affiliate SMS campaign to my verified list with around 65% - 70% clicks, 10% - 15% sales which isn't bad.
I can tell you: Everybody will open and read a message which received from a foreign number. Do you know why?! ---> "because of human curiosity"

They’ll open but probably won’t click and do you know why? “because of human safety measurement”.

But jokes besides, I would probably click on a sms as well, but wouldn’t open it, especially from a Russia number.

But which service you’ve used for scraping / gaining the cold number list and most important what service have you used for sending these sms?

I bought some WhatsApp marketing softwares, I select the targeted country, check on Wiki what prefixes belong to a mobile provider (if possible). I create a list with 1 million numbers (example from my task: 31611000000 - 31611999999), and check for existing WhatsApp account with bought software. This process takes less then a hour to finish. After that, I use the list of numbers who have existing WhatsApp account and start to download the profile pictures for each. This will yield a tons of 96px X 96px small images, the image file name will be the phone number. As the last step need to check the tons of images and select the "men" profiles (only mens will interested to register/pay for any adult theme). Selecting the images you can do manually (hard work, but the result will be perfect) or use some face recognition program/API which can help a lot, speed up the process.

Can you please share that Russian company name so i can reach them

My targeting countries are German speaking countries, they can put in sender iD also text or name..

You can find their offer on Craigslist - New York City - Manhattan - Computer Service or something like that.
If I good remember, then you can't use any sender ID, only message text + link.
