Does anyone have any experience with bulk sending via own modems and sim cards?
Are there any known sim card limits per minute, per hour, per day or total limits?

Yes and no, depends on carrier and other factors. Yoo should def have a variable rate cap built into your shi

It depends on how to detect spam of ISP but you can find out the limit of sms/sim/day by ask direct to ISP.
