I am looking for a service to send SMS marketing texts to my customers who have opted in and want to receive regular promotional texts.

I do not want to sign up with Twillio or big companies as they are difficult to work with due to there regulations, I just want to be able to sign in, upload my phone number list and the message and send. I am looking for a service that wont mark as spam and hopfully can utilize a local area code with the phone number.

Please let me know of any services that are easy to work with.

You will not get very far even if you found such service. I have tried many different providers and only had success with Twilio in the past few years, despite them having more regulations. Those who let you send whatever, well, good luck getting your messages delivered.

Regardless it's getting more tough nowadays with 10DLC in place. I've always wanted to move on to other providers but haven't had much success.
 
I'm using Twilio with no issues, but if you find another service, please let me know. For what it's worth, I've never had an issue with spam or no delivery using twilio

Please where do you buy the twilio account. I need an active API to try out a new app. Thanks

You can definitely send promotional messages. They are more concerned with opt-ins, consents, and sender identification.
