Bulk SMS - Outbound Marketing Questions

Anyone here have a lot of experience with Bulk SMSes, I have a few questions:

Any good recommendations for paid bulk sms softwares?
Alot of these softwares require that a person sign up for a keyword, I want to avoid that and just send out the message to anyone for marketing. What bots do you recommend?
Any good bots/softwares compatible with Google Voice to send Bulk smses?

Please let me know. Perhaps we can work together on this project.

dunno if google voice bots are floating around, but u can hire a programmer to do that. just beware of the platforms limits.
