Bulk SMS - Gateway Business

I've started a Bulk SMS marketing business and I needed help with knowing how would I be able to grow and where I would find my clientele. I thought telegram was the place to start building some sort of brand awareness and personal brand however I just seem to be attracting time wasters and dead ends. I've looked on BHW but I don't think it has my required clientele on here as well for me to become a JNR Vip and start offering my services.

My question is Where do you think a good place for me to market my business and find the right clientele.
