I have an android farm of 1000 devices. Is there a way to make it work with a vpn without a sim?

Instead of creating all the farm for it, isn't it a better idea to find a cheap supplier, resell from him, when you see that you're profitable to invest in setting up the system? sounds like a lot of work when you don't have clients yet

Casino is easy to pass for us. But I think Twilio won't allow this kind of traffic.

cool idea, if you are using twilio, you will need to handle Korean carrier approvals first since they are strict about sender ids and message templates. once that’s sorted, you can set up your api reseller system with subaccounts, billing and delivery tracking. just make sure you follow local rules for opt-ins and templates or messages will get blocked fast
