Bulk SEO info scraper

Anyone know of a tool that does the following

1) I feed it with my target keywords
2) It finds pages that rank for those kws on Google
3) it lists out key SE metrics like DA/PA/RD
4) compiles a report that shows which sites rank the most for all the keywords I used
5) finds contact info on the domains

I can build something like that if there is enough interest among members here.

The only step I don't get is #5. Why contact info?
