Bulk screencapture tool? (images not video)

I'm looking for a tool that can take a still screen capture image of the desktop, crop it to a predefined specific dimension, and then save it to a specified folder all with the press of 1 button.

I've had a program like this in the past but for the life of me I can't remember the name of it and I have gotten a new PC sense then.

What are some programs (preferably free) that can do this?

Im looking for something to speed this up. That's the whole point of this post..

Like I said, there's a tool out there that does everything I'm looking for. I've used it in the past and it was free just can't remember where.

But basically pressing the print screen once will put it in paint with a pre determined crop size, and save it to a specific folder allowing you to spam print screen for faster saves in bulk
 
Awesome screeshot addon for firefox. Not quite one touch but real quick and easy to crop/annotate.
 
if you figure it out, please let me know cause i need it too.

i have an imacros script that does all except the loading into image program and cropping part
